SP1210N Compact and affordable black and white laser printer

SP1210N is a compact and affordable black and white laser printer ideal investment for small offices.
It is a fast and efficient device. It needs less than 18 seconds to warm up, and produces its first print in less than 10 seconds. After this it effortlessly turns out 22 pages per minute to improve office productivity. At the same time it’s an affordable investment for small offices, thanks to a low Total Cost of Ownership and features like a high-yield, long-lasting toner cartridge.

The device handles a wide range of formats such as A4, A5, A6, B5, Letter and Executive. It takes plain and recycled paper up to 163 g/m², as well as transparencies.
An easy-to-use control panel provides clear user instructions, including step-by-step installation and maintenance guidance, in 14 languages. Loading paper is easy thanks to the front-loading paper cassette. The toner cartridge with increased toner yield is quick and simple to replace.

The SP 1210N enables seamless network integration thanks to its standard Network Interface Card. A high-speed USB 2.0 interface allows easy local printing.
As with all Ricoh products, reducing environmental impact is a prime focus. The SP 1210N has environmentally responsible and money-saving features such as low power consumption, short warm-up time and increased toner yield. It therefore saves time and energy while reducing waste and costs.
