        GlobalScan NX is digital scanning and distribution software that simplifies the integration of paper documents into digital workflow. It allows end users to convert paper documents such as invoices and purchase orders to electronic files and route them to various destinations.

      This easy to use solution lets MFP users scan a document by selecting just one menu button and pressing start. The selected workflow will automatically trigger a scan distribution to a network folder, e-mail inbox or fax number directly from an MFP. The one-button scanning and intuitive interface reduces end user mistakes and saves time significantly.
